Your Body. Your Wisdom


Every cell of your body contains power, intelligence and volition.

Everything about your body is wired for wholeness & healing.

According to Yoga, our body is the physical container of our more subtle bodies--our mind, emotions, energy & spirit. It is one matrix in which we can access those more subtle parts of ourselves.

Western science agrees. We know that emotions are chemical reactions in the physical body (we "feel" them!), and that thoughts can be measured as frequencies of energy/activity within the body.


How would your life be different if you were to value your body as a source of wisdom?


No matter the answer, I look forward to exploring that question with you in this workshop.

I cannot say HOW exactly it will be different....but I do know that when you learn to listen to your body & understand your own unique body language, your life changes. For the better.

You attune to what I call your "Inner Compass".

When you build a respectful & attentive relationship with your body and learn its intricacies, you have a friend for life. Your body will be ready to help you gain clarity (even if the mind doesn't want to believe it), it will help you TRUST your inner knowing and make the right decisions for you & your life.


In this workshop you'll learn about your body's "3 brains" and its language of the "felt sense". This is what we call working "from the bottom up" rather than "top down" (cognition alone).

This approach might be new for you. You might feel a little strange about the practices at first. But everything about you is wired to do this.
