Guidelines

  • This practice is done in a seated position.
  • Make sure to turn off any unnecessary gadgets for the duration of the practice.
  • It's best to use this without headphones at first so that you can be aware of the other sounds around you. But if headphones are the best option, go for it!
  • Do this once or a few times a day....anytime you need a moment to check in and settle down. It can be used in the morning, in between meetings, after a meal, before you have to take a decision on something. Test it out at different times and see how it works for you.
