A Practice to Tune In
One of the most revolutionary & necessary things we can do to care for ourselves is to NOTICE what is happening within us.
This requires us to turn our attention to ourself-- to our body, to our breath, to our mental/emotional state-- and to watch without judgement.
This practice is one of my personal go-tos. I use it regularly, even several times a day.
All you need is your body, your hands and your awareness.
